Marie has helped our grade-three son to gain confidence and dramatically improve his ability and desire to read and write. She has been able to identify his unique needs and has used the science of reading to design an appropriate course of action specific for him. The difference with ____’s reading is already noticeable! We’ve read a number of books together and I see him doing all the things you’ve suggested to him. He’s also more confident. It’s exciting seeing the improvements in him. I am actually kinda blown away. We read together again tonight and he’s not asking me to read the page anymore. I’m so proud of him.
